WIND CROFTING

Crofting offers landowners and businesses an exciting oportunity to benefit from renewable energy, without making any capital outlay.

Investment Renewables will finance, supply, install, commission and maintain each turbine for the duration of twenty years. This is the lifetime of the Feed In Tariffs (FITs), and allows us to invest with confidence.

At the end of this twenty year period, we will decommission the turbine(s), leaving your site as it was found.

You will benefit by receiving a free supply of electricity direct to your property, and some sites will also attract a rental fee. Fees paid will be discussed on a site by site basis, with values dependent on number of installs.

In return for the supply of free electricity, Investment Renewables will claim the Feed In Tariff payments for Total Generation and any Exported electricity.

If you are open to having a wind turbine sited on your land, and you can lease a small area, of around 9 square metres per turbine, for the duration of twenty years, Investment Renewables would love to hear from you!
